Registration Policies

  • Early registration deadline April 16th: Students: $110; Post-docs $130; Principal investigators $160
  • Registration deadline April 30th: Students: $130; Post-docs $160; Principal investigators $190
  • Late and on-site registration: Students: $160; Post-docs $190; Principal investigators $230

Refund policies

  • Full refunds up to Wednesday April 29th
  • Half refunds up to Friday May 8th

Abstract Policy

  • While the SCOR meeting encourages abstract submissions of original work this is not an absolute requirement. Abstracts already presented at meetings in the past 6 months or to be presented at a future meeting (eg. the ASM 109th General Meeting) are also acceptable. We are mainly concerned with enhancing scientific dialog which can only improve with healthy representation of cutting-edge data.
